Your trust is very important to us, therefore as Hydrosfera we ensure that your data is safe and below we send some important information about the personal data stored by us.

In connection with the commencement of application on May 25, 2018 of Article 13 sec. 1 of the General Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons and their personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform you that from 25 May 2018 you will have the rights specified below related to the processing of your personal data.

At the same time, pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR, we inform you that from May 25, 2018, the following information and principles related to the processing of your personal data will be valid:

2. We received your personal data from you when you created an account in the hydrosfera.pl store, subscribed to the newsletter and in connection with transactions made in the Hydrosfera store.

3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of: 

a) enabling the provision of services electronically and concluding sales agreements, handling complaints, shipments, payments, creating and managing your account, solving any technical problems - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) GDPR,

b) conducting marketing activities towards you in the manner to which you have consented, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the company (art. 6 sec. 1 letter a) of the GDPR; 

c) fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the company under generally applicable law, including tax and accounting regulations - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is art. 6 sec. 1 letter c of the GDPR,

d) conducting analytical and statistical activities - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the company (art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) of the GDPR, the legitimate interest of the company is conducting an analysis of the results of its business activities,

e) in order to implement the legitimate interest of the company consisting in the possible determination or pursuit of claims or defense against claims - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the company - art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR.

4. Your personal data may be made available to:

a) forwarders, courier companies, carriers,

b) companies handling electronic payments and payment cards

c) companies granting loans

d) IT companies dealing with the maintenance of IT systems, maintenance of our servers, computers and e-mail

e) companies dealing with our website

f) entities providing our company with accounting services, quality of service research, debt collection, legal, analytical and marketing services,

g) employees of Hydrosfera Piotr Plutowski

h) the company established as a result of the transformation of Hydrosfera Piotr Plutowski

5. Your personal data will be processed for the period of:

a) in the case of personal data processed for marketing purposes and the provision of services by electronic means - until you object to the processing of personal data in this respect.

b) in the case of personal data processed for the purpose of implementing sales agreements - for the period necessary to perform all obligations arising from the agreement and after its termination for the purposes of:

* pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the agreement

* performing obligations arising from legal regulations, including in particular tax and accounting

* for statistical and archiving purposes

* for a maximum period of 10 years from the date of termination of the agreement

6. At any time, you have the right to access the content of your personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if processing is based on consent), which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. At any time, you have the right to lodge a complaint with Giodo if you consider that the storage of your personal data violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 26, 2016

7. Providing personal data is voluntary, subject to two exceptions:

a) concluding agreements with the Administrator - failure to provide personal data necessary for the conclusion and performance of the Sales Agreement or the agreement for the provision of Electronic Services with the Administrator in the cases and to the extent indicated on the website of the Online Store and in the Regulations of the Online Store results in the impossibility of concluding this agreement. In such a case, providing personal data is a contractual requirement and if the person whose data is concerned wants to conclude a given agreement with the Administrator, they are obliged to provide the required data. Each time, the scope of data required for the conclusion of the agreement is previously indicated on the website of the Online Store and in the Regulations of the Online Store;

b) Statutory obligations of the Administrator - providing personal data is a statutory requirement resulting from generally applicable legal provisions imposing on the Administrator the obligation to process personal data (e.g. processing data for the purpose of keeping tax or accounting books) and failure to provide them will prevent the Administrator from fulfilling these obligations.

8. Your personal data will be subject to profiling.

We will use profiling of your data for direct marketing purposes, i.e., we will automatically select an advertisement for you based on previous activity on the site, we will suggest a product that matches your interests, we will provide an appropriate discount, we will remind you about unfinished purchases, etc.

Of course, we leave the decision on whether you will use a given discount or buy the product we propose to you.
