The Duotone Falcon Fin D/LAB MTO 2026 is an uncompromising slalom board designed to take your sailing to the highest regatta level, offering an exceptional combination of extreme speed, stiffness and instant acceleration thanks to advanced FULL CUSTOM D/LAB technology and a Made-To-Order production concept. The FULL CUSTOM CNC SANDWICH construction means the board is 100% hand-built as a true custom machine - each unit is made to order, receives a unique serial number, and the core is precisely CNC-milled. Using the most advanced composite materials in the world, such as High Modulus carbon fiber, Innegra, S-glass fiber and exclusive SENTEX® resin, maximizes stiffness and reduces weight by up to 500 g compared to standard models. This gives the Falcon D/LAB an absolutely top-tier weight-to-strength ratio in its class.
The board's design features a redesigned rail shape with a raised rail apex in front of the front straps, which lets the board handle chop much more smoothly and provides higher comfort at extreme speeds. Shortening the overall length across every size effectively reduces unwanted nose lift, increasing control. Additionally, two-step tail cutouts (2 Step Cut-Outs) and a recessed mast track make the board faster, generate less drag in the water and allow for remarkably stable handling of the gear.
To ensure the highest level of ergonomics during hard racing, the board is fitted with high-quality, thermo-pressed Diamond Grooving EVA pads, which protect against abrasion and give reliable grip. An innovative feature is the built-in wedge pad placed under the foam between the back straps. It lifts the toes, allowing for harder edge pressure and making it easier to bring the board into free flight.
The Falcon Fin D/LAB MTO 2026 is available in volumes from 89 l to 139 l (89, 98, 111, 118, 124, 129, 139), letting you perfectly match the board to the rider's weight and wind strength - smaller sizes favor maximum speed and full control in strong wind, while larger ones offer instant planing and huge power in lighter gusts.
