North 2026 Astra Board

Friendly yet powerful - the new North Astra 2026 was built specifically for lighter riders looking for a board that gives control, comfort and full performance. Thanks to a matched flex and smaller sizes, the Astra makes it easier to generate power, ride precisely upwind and enjoy soft landings - with no compromise on performance.

TYPE: FREERIDE / BIG AIR / FREESTYLE
Sizes: 127x37 / 132x38 / 135x39 / 139x40

Product description:

Astra 2026 is a board that lets lighter riders fully spread their wings. Its construction, based on biaxial hybrid carbon technology combined with the 3DY-Beam Reinforcement system, gives the right dynamics, a springy pop and stability through every trick. A matched stance width (20 mm narrower than the Atmos model) guarantees better control and comfort during maneuvers and landings. Thanks to a medium rocker with narrowed, longer tips, the Astra planes quickly, performs great in lighter wind and gives full control at full power. Precise grip, strong pop and soft, predictable landings make the board an ideal choice for progressing in Big Air and freeride.

Technical features:

Biaxial Hybrid Carbon Technology - a light, responsive construction with e-glass and 3DY carbon, giving a dynamic pop and springy flex.
Optimized for lighter riders - sizes and proportions matched to a lower weight, with a fiber layout tuned accordingly for better comfort.
Narrower insert spacing - a stance narrowed by 20 mm for better control during maneuvers and landings.
3DY-Beam Technology - a High Modulus Carbon fiber tape reinforcing load paths and improving energy transfer.
Precise Edge Control - a balanced rocker and outline plus tip channels for a strong pop and effective edge hold.
Double Concave to Deep-V Spine - a double concave with a deep V and side channels that increase control and improve landing softness.
Medium-High Outline Curve - precise carving, confident edge hold and optimal stability through turns.
Integrated grab rail - longer and deeper, making board-offs easier.

North 2025 Flex Pro

Confidence, cushioning, protection. The Flex Pro 2025 bindings were designed for riders who expect the highest control and comfort during extreme jumps. Triple-density dynamic support technology effectively disperses impact force, protecting the heels and guaranteeing soft landings. The latest model uses a new internal stiffener in the top strap, which improves its shape, makes it easier to get the foot in and out, and increases support for a better fit. An anatomical footbed and raised side support improve foot stability, and angled heel pads ensure optimal foot positioning during takeoff and landing, protecting the knees and ankles.
