Severne Verso 2026 Board
110 - 122 - 138
- 154

The Severne Verso board is freeride gear designed for maximum-speed progression, making it the ideal choice for windsurfers from beginner to intermediate level. It's characterized by exceptional stability, early planing and a construction that makes learning and mastering tail-first turns significantly easier.

Wind - Progressive Freeride

Product description:

The revolutionary Severne Verso board offers lightning-fast planing, almost "automatic" tail-first turns, and full stability that builds your confidence in every condition. Planing progression has never been this fast and intuitive - this is gear developed in collaboration with top coaches to give you a maximum, almost unfair advantage on the water.

Centralized buoyancy guarantees remarkably easy uphauling and smooth transitions, making finding and stepping into the straps almost trivially easy and predictable. A progressive rocker line provides passive, remarkably early planing and keeps your drive going even through wind lulls. And during maneuvers the board shows its true magic - a perfectly matched width and a special rail profile give you a huge margin for error in footwork, guiding you through the turn as if on rails. Additionally, a maximally simplified three-position footstrap system means the board evolves smoothly alongside your skills: from your first cautious planes to full-speed sailing on the outer rail.

Sizes: 110 / 122 / 138 / 154

Features:

  • Purpose (Progressive Freeride): A board built specifically for the fastest possible progression in planing, sailing in the straps and tail-first turns.

  • Centralised Buoyancy: Provides exceptional stability while uphauling, tacking, and moving across the deck to find the straps.

  • Very early planing: A progressive rocker line (bottom profile) guarantees fast, predictable acceleration and lets you keep your speed even in lighter gusts.

  • A revolutionary ease of gybing: An optimized width and rail profile forgive mistakes in foot positioning. A flat rocker on the exit of the turn helps maintain the plane and makes rig rotation easier.

  • A simplified strap system: The board offers just three, carefully thought-out footstrap positions: for planing beginners, intermediates and advanced riders. This eliminates guesswork and lets the gear "grow" alongside your skills.

  • Robust Construction: The deck and bottom are built with Full Wood technology, reinforced with biaxial glass in impact-prone zones (mast track, nose, under-heel area). Additional rail band reinforcements are used for better responsiveness and durability.

  • A comfortable EVA foam deck (Camo Pads): 6 mm, thermoformed low-profile pads that provide grip, dampen vibration and make it easy to move your feet freely.

  • A dedicated fin included: The board comes with a specially designed Powerbox fin, ready for immediate use (plug & play).

  • HEX 4 System: Included is a universal Allen key used for tightening the fin and the footstraps (requiring far less force and pressure than a traditional Phillips screwdriver). As a bonus, the key has a built-in bottle opener.

Technology:

The Severne Verso board was built with an emphasis on exceptional durability, which is key during intensive planing and maneuver practice. Its construction is based on Full Wood technology, meaning both the deck and the bottom are built using a layer of wood, providing excellent durability and adequate stiffness.

To protect the gear from damage, the most vulnerable impact zones - around the mast track, at the nose and under the heel area - are reinforced with solid biaxial fiberglass. Along the rails, special rail bands run the length of the board, acting as parabolic reinforcements that not only protect the edges but also significantly improve the board's dynamics and responsiveness on the water. The deck is covered with 6 mm, thermoformed low-profile foam pads that increase grip and make it easy to move your feet smoothly during maneuvers.
