The Duotone Sky Free 2026 is a versatile freeride/all-round board built for riders who want to quickly develop their skills and enjoy easy, predictable handling in any conditions. The model was designed to make starts as easy as possible, improve stability and provide an intuitive foil feel right from the first sessions.

Characteristics

An elongated, slightly narrower outline improves takeoff efficiency and stability while riding straight ahead, translating into easier foil takeoff and more predictable board behavior. This shape especially helps beginner and intermediate riders build confidence during their first maneuvers.

Tail cut-outs reduce drag when lifting off the water, enabling an earlier takeoff and a smoother transition to flight. A slightly recessed deck increases the stability of the rider's position and improves control over the foil setup.

The clean-contoured bottom of the hull and a low rocker support very early foil takeoff and smooth acceleration. A rounded rail apex, meanwhile, makes touchdowns more neutral and forgiving, significantly easing progression.

The 5'8" and 5'11" sizes use a Vacuum Epoxy construction with a Bamboo Sandwich, providing a good balance between weight and durability. The largest, 6'2" size uses Dura Shield Technology (DST), increasing resistance to damage and everyday use.
