The Jim Drake Deluxe Yulex footstraps feel "soft yet secure" from the very first touch. They don't have that raw, hard character known from old race straps. Your foot slides in smoothly, the material doesn't chafe, and even after several hours of sailing there's no feeling of tired feet.
A lot of this comes down to the construction itself. The strap has a distinctly ergonomic profile, so it naturally sits over the foot instead of collapsing like a flat strap. This makes it easier to slip your foot in while planing, especially in chop. Getting into the strap is intuitive - you don't have to "hunt" for it with your foot.

- Yulex natural
Instead of classic neoprene, Yulex foam made from natural rubber has been used. Natural rubber content reaches 85%, reducing CO2 emissions during production by about 80%. - Premium comfort
The inner material is very soft and smooth. The straps have thick cushioning under the foot and an ergonomic profile, so they wrap the foot well during long sessions and heavy loading. - Precise adjustment
You can easily change the width and height of the straps. There are size markers, so setting the left and right side identically doesn't turn into an archaeology of screws. - 1- or 2-screw mounting
Fits different board setups: freeride, wave, foil or wing. The set includes screws and mounting washers
