Stability across the pitch, roll and yaw axes (that is: front-to-back tilt, side tilt and turning) is key when learning to foil. The S1's construction provides near-autopilot predictability thanks to carefully designed leading- and trailing-edge curvature angles, profile width and wing cross-section geometry. The result is an extremely easy-to-master platform for those taking their first steps in any foiling discipline.

S1 foils lift off at a remarkably low speed while keeping a high level of control, letting you practice maneuvers with less risk and an easier learning curve. Under too much power, the foil limits breaching, automatically "returning" downward as it approaches the surface. Thanks to great handling of speed and ventilation, every size in the S1 series offers a remarkably wide range of usable speeds. Downturned wingtips add further safety.
