Harness ION 2026 Kite Waist Spectre Bk

ION Kite Waist Spectre Harness

Set new limits of comfort, performance and control with the ION Spectre Kite Harness - an innovative harness designed for ambitious riders who demand the maximum from every session.

The Spectre is ION's first-ever harness with a full carbon-fiber shell, offering unprecedented stiffness at minimal weight. The Carbon Fusion Plate provides exceptional back support and instant response to every movement - ideal for intensive freeride, big air or strapless riding.

The inside of the harness is finished with Hydro_Cush foam - it doesn't absorb water, so the Spectre stays light session after session. The ergonomically shaped Ergo_Pad conforms to the body and supports the lower spine, significantly increasing comfort and reducing fatigue during long sessions.

The set includes a new Spectre Bar 2.0 with an aluminum hook, as well as the practical Kite_knife 2.0 multitool and a leash attachment.

Key features:

• A Carbon Hard Shell - an ultra-stiff carbon fiber construction for the highest control and force transfer.

• The Carbon Fusion Plate - a perfect combination of stiffness and low weight.

• A Hydro_Cush liner - an EVA foam that doesn't absorb water, guaranteeing lightness and comfort throughout the whole session.

• Ergo_Pad - ergonomic lumbar support that conforms to the body.

• An Internal Flex_Belt - an elastic belt for a personalized fit.

• C_30 Buckles - light, easy-to-use carbon buckles.

• The set includes a Spectre Bar 2.0 made from aluminum with a hook, a kite knife and a leash safety attachment.

Why is it worth it?

This harness is a combination of an ultralight construction and extreme responsiveness - it weighs only about 1050 g (size M), making it one of the lightest models in ION's lineup. This makes it ideal for freeride, big air, as well as dynamic freestyle maneuvers.
An ergonomic profile and advanced materials mean the Spectre excellently supports the back and minimizes fatigue during long sessions.

Size chart

Tip: Measure your waist at its narrowest point without clothing (e.g. a wetsuit). If you're between sizes, the smaller size gives a more fitted support, the larger one - a somewhat more comfortable fit.
