Severne harness lines can be summed up in three key words: durability, safety and performance.
DURABILITY A stronger tube means less wear on the inner line. We developed a specially extruded, thicker-walled tube (2 mm) using high-density polyurethane (PU). A strong nylon webbing replaces standard polypropylene, giving greater UV resistance and less wear.
SAFETY A colored tube hides signs of line wear, so you often only find out about a problem when the line snaps out at sea. We use a transparent tube instead, so any signs of line wear are clearly visible.
PERFORMANCE A construction that minimizes swinging keeps the harness line in a stable position.
