The North Orbit has for years been an icon of jumps and safe looping. The 2026 version is the biggest development leap since this model launched - the manufacturer completely redesigned its profile, shape and bridle to take Big Air to the next level.
The most important change is the new 5-point bridle attachment system, which adds an extra support point for a slimmer leading edge, keeping the construction's stiffness while giving full control over the kite.
The Orbit 2026 has a higher aspect ratio (5.2 instead of 4.3 in the 2025 model), which translates into greater lift and longer hangtime, along with a lift-center that's shifted further forward (material bulge), letting the kite generate power more effectively on pop and pass through a loop more smoothly. Slimmer, more elongated tips improve steering precision and responsiveness.
Thanks to the new N-Max2 material, it was possible to significantly slim down the main and cross tubes, which not only reduced drag but also made the Orbit 2026 fly faster, respond more directly and catch the rider faster after a loop.

Compared to the 2025 Orbit, the new model is:

• lighter and faster in the air (thinner tubes + N-Max2),

• more stable and predictable when overpowered (the 5-point bridle keeps the frame stiff),

• easier to control in loops (higher loop speed, faster catch),

• gives higher jumps and longer flights (a 5.2 aspect ratio compared to the previous 4.3, a new profile),

• smoother and more aerodynamic (thanks to a new PTP2 panel reducing seam stress)
