To fully unlock the performance potential of the Blacktip Team Carbon sail, we developed the new SX10 Team RDM mast. Its key advantages are a more "locked-in" shape in the lower panels, smoother turning dynamics and an even faster, more reactive feel throughout the whole rig.

SX10 stands for 100% carbon content. These masts are designed from top-class pre-preg carbon with very high tensile strength. This technology provides optimal control over resin quantity and its even distribution throughout the laminate. The carbon layup includes inner layers with a 45-degree weave, which control torsion and provide lightning-fast reflex, while the outer carbon layer with a 90-degree orientation guarantees the maximum possible strength.

The SX10 Team mast is characterized by a progressive constant bend curve, meaning the curve stays constant, but the lower part of the mast is stiffer than the top. This provides optimal sail dynamics: the lower part effectively generates power, while the top releases it quickly.

While the SX10 RDM remains the recommended mast, the SX10 Team version is the choice for riders looking for absolutely the highest level of performance.
