A wide nose and tail

Provide beginner surfers with adequate stability, while the board's length and parallel rails generate the glide and speed needed to get up on the foil.

Two removable center fin boxes

Placed closer to the rail to provide better directional tracking and more efficient upwind sailing. Remove the boxes to enjoy a better paddling feel with no unnecessary weight or water resistance. Install the boxes and fit the includedDrake Shallow center fins to prevent the board from drifting sideways during windsurfing and wing boarding.

A removable mast track

Lets you get a perfectly smooth, flat deck when using the board in classic paddleboard mode.

Direct foil response

PatentedTop Plate Technology, which keeps the distance between your feet and the foil to just 1.5 cm, provides direct feel and better control. Combined with a stiff aluminum standing plate, this improves the flight feel on an inflatable foil board, eliminating any sense of instability or "wobble".

A new quick-mount system

T-nuts lock securely on the deck side, making alignment easier, while access to the screws from the mast side lets you tighten the base from above, with no need to flip the board.

Rail Edge Release and an EVA plug

The3D Rail Edge improves getting up on a plane before take-off, and the EVA plug seals the foil mount, providing smoother water flow. Together they reduce drag and increase acceleration, allowing for a faster, more efficient lift-off on an inflatable foil board.

Welded Rail Technology

Welded Rail technology creates a completely airtight, mechanically bonded joint with no risk of the adhesive weakening over time. This makes Starboard's inflatable SUP boards stronger and more durable. All inflatable foil boards feature welded rails - both along the board itself and around the foil opening.

Adjustable footstraps

Thanks to an 18 cm spacing between mounting holes, you can get a wider footstrap stance, providing better trim and control while foiling, with the ability to micro-adjust foot position. There are 4 different positions available for the front footstraps and 5 different positions for the back straps.
