A key feature of the SuperHero D/LAB is its unprecedentedly wide wind range, which works in both directions. The sail planes earlier in lighter wind, while still providing excellent control at the top end. In practice this means a smaller quiver covers the same range of conditions as with classic wave sails, translating into greater versatility and convenience.

The second pillar of the construction is an ultralight feel on the water. Duotone focuses not on physical mass itself, but on the so-called sailing weight, meaning how light the sail feels in your hands while sailing. Thanks to the Intelligent Carbon XPLY Construction, the SuperHero D/LAB is exceptionally responsive, quick to react and remarkably dynamic. The highest-load zones, such as the tack, head and leech, are reinforced with Carbon XPLY for minimal stretch and maximum power transfer, while the more flexible XPLY in the body provides control and smooth handling.
