For wind foiling racers, a completely new sail was designed from the ground up on the water. Special attention went into reconciling two opposing requirements: an easy entry into foil flight and light handling once in flight.
No matter where you race, from the PWA to the Defi Wind, or simply chasing your next goal, the North Slalom Foil is fast, stable in flight and ultra reactive in your hands.
It's built with a one-piece monocoque mast sleeve and sail body, forming a seamless whole that works as a single structural element.
A new Air Cam system, combined with split batten pockets and the battens themselves, locks power into the sail and maximizes speed. Go Beyond.
Thanks to a higher aspect ratio compared to Slalom Race sails, the Foil sails were designed to be extremely reactive and allow a fast entry into foil flight, super light so you can maintain the perfect trim at all times, even during transitions and maneuvers, all while delivering unmatched speed on the straights

That's why we chose to build our 3Di Foil sails from Dyneema Aramid material, with a Carbon Helix SL carbon fiber load path running from the tack to the head, to improve reactivity and responsiveness on flat water. This means wind converts instantly into forward drive with a single flick of the wrist. - Air Cam
Conforms perfectly to the sail's profile, providing better airflow, profile and stability. It's light, since it's made purely of air, which makes tacking easy. Air in the luff pocket also makes water starts easier. - Integrated material reinforcements
Precise use of the right amount of material, placed in the right position, makes the sail significantly lighter and stronger than any other windsurfing sail. A 100% seamless, continuous fiber layout, a fully integrated tunnel with room for the battens. In all flat-water sails equipped with air cams, the batten pockets split smoothly from 1 element in the body into 2 elements on either side of the mast sleeve, maximizing performance and flow.
