A construction optimized for VMG
Point closer to the wind, run deeper downwind. A fast construction optimized for VMG lets you sail at a wider angle to the wind, reducing the need for tacking or jibing, so you reach your target faster.
Carbon UDi Technology
A patent-pending technology providing faster shape recovery and more efficient pumping. Light, anti-deformation tapes made of unidirectional carbon (UD Carbon) run along the entire leading edge, further reinforcing the Mode Ultra's central tube as well.
Matrix Canopy
A high-performance, stretch-resistant canopy material, designed specifically to withstand the higher loads of the N-Weave45 frame, providing greater durability and a longer lifespan.
Radiate Geometric Panel Layout
A radial panel layout evenly distributes stress across the canopy, stabilizes the wingtips and improves overall aerodynamic efficiency.

We've refined the panel layout to evenly distribute load direction across the whole wing. The new layout helps stabilize the wingtips and increases tension under load.
A slender profile
Thin, low-drag profiles and a flattened wing dihedral generate more forward drive, better lift and stability at higher apparent wind speeds. The faster you sail, the more the wing "locks" into position.
Refined profiles

The wing's profiles are thinner at the front, and depth has been increased in the central section, which improves high-speed performance across a wider wind range.
High-speed performance

The new Mode Pro model is powered by an N-Weave45 construction with a Matrix Canopy coating. More freeride-oriented, it offers a wider wind range than the Ultra model and is easier to rig and get riding on. It also features ShiftLock, so riders can adjust handle position and size. Use the wind range chart to pick the best sizes for local conditions.

High stability and an impressive wind range

The 3.5 and 4.2m models are designed for use in stronger wind, while the 4.8 to 6.5m sizes are optimized for more power in lighter wind. The larger 6.5m model is ideal for reaching higher speeds in lighter wind. It may be harder to get up on the foil, but once foiling it reaches higher top speeds than the Loft Pro (speed also depends on the foil)
