North 2027 Atmos is one of the most versatile boards in the North collection, combining the character of Big Air with freeride comfort. North Atmos 2027 was built for riders who want to combine high Big Air performance with everyday freeride comfort. Its construction, based on Triaxial Hybrid Carbon Technology, uses fibers laid at 0° and +/-45°, and strategically placed 3DY Carbon tapes reinforce the board exactly where the greatest loads occur.

Thanks to the Balanced Flex Pattern, the Atmos offers dynamic edge loading and quick energy release on pop, while remaining more forgiving than the Atmos Pro. A medium rocker allows for early planing while still providing adequate control at full power. This combination makes the board perform excellently both in light wind and during heavily powered sessions.

Precise upwind performance comes from the optimized combination of rocker, flex and outline. Outer channels near the Double Concave increase edge grip, so the Atmos holds firmly when riding upwind and lets you aggressively load up for pop. The board stays stable even under heavy load, giving confidence during the most powerful Big Air sends.

The bottom transitions from Double Concave into a deep center V, which effectively breaks the water's surface on landing. This lets the board absorb impact and deliver a smooth, predictable landing. Quad channel tips direct water flow toward the fins, improving tracking and control.

A medium-high curved outline provides precise carving and secure edge grip, while the pulled-in tips help you plane earlier and maintain control when riding in strong wind. The board also features a Deep Integrated Grab Rail, which makes it easier to grab during board-offs.

The FlipTech Mounting system further extends the board's lifespan - once one heelside edge is worn, you can move the bindings to the other side and ride on a "new" edge.
