Summer Glide G Log Custom Surfboard

Classic, noserid outline. Wider nose, wide point in the middle and regularly tapering tail. This is the recipe for the most versatile board, which will provide great fun during cross step on a small wave. On the other hand, on a larger one, it will gladly make radical turns to stay in the wave pocket.

G-Log is a natural rocker. Medium entry, thanks to which your pop up can be a little more chilled, and the nose will still stay on the water. Complemented by a delicate noseride lip, which facilitates noseriding.

Medium exit rocker with a delicate kick will create more resistance in the water, keeping the board sucked into the wave. Thanks to this, noseriding is pure pleasure.

Sharper 50/50 rails are a step towards greater control on the wave. On the one hand, they still forgive mistakes of a heavy foot, and at the same time they will cut well into the open shoulder of the wave.

Cloth inlay, or the technique of laminating dyed cotton, is the most classic and old-school way of decorating longboards from the western warm oceans. It allows you to make almost any pattern. The Summer Glide board was made in Gdańsk in cooperation with a top illustrator from Poznań - Dorota Piechocińska known as Ilustra Dora. Dorota prepared a graphic, which was printed on cotton fabric and then precisely laminated under layers of resin and fiberglass into a board.
What if it was an element of clothing? Finding a seamstress who would conjure miracles from the cotton scraps left after lamination without a pattern was no easy feat. This is how a beach kimono was created. Additionally, the shaper also prepared a fin with the same pattern.
