North 2025 Swell Board

Technology:

• Elliptical outline

  The shorter the board, the more effective it is when pumping, the less rotating mass it has and the more agile it is when riding on foil.
  
  

• Tri-plane fuselage construction

  The double V-shape in the bottom contour of the board is created by a single concave in the center with an angled planing surface on either side. Water flows from the central concave and side edges to the two longitudinal pins, allowing the board to lift and release quickly without sticking. As foiling has evolved, we've seen a trend toward riding lower and using the water touch as part of the turn. The angled planing surfaces run all the way to the tail, allowing the board to touch the water at a variety of edge angles without the risk of catching.
  
  

• Wing, prone, kite, wake and tow-foiling

  In sizes 4'4 and 4'6, the Swell board can be used as a crossover board by heavier riders.
  
  

• Hybrid Carbon Technology

  The stiffer the board, the better it will pump and the more responsive it will feel. A lightweight yet durable epoxy composite laminate, with a balanced layout of carbon and e-glass fibers, wraps the EPS core. Carbon Dual T-stringers on the top and bottom run the length of the board, while a durable PVC reinforcement layer under the standing zone adds impact resistance and stiffness.
  
  

• Crisp release chopped tail

  The clearly defined edge of the stern allows for faster release from the water and transition to levitation.
  
  

• Deeply contoured deck for better control and pumping

  It also provides more leverage, responsiveness, and control over the heel/toe roll. The contoured cover moves most of the board's volume sideways, which in turn provides better balance and stability on starts and touches of the water. It also helps you move your front foot more easily when surfing in a prone position, allowing you to transition to a standing position more quickly.
  
  

• Non-abrasive, high-traction deck grip

  Stern kickpad with cutouts on the Swell board for foot comfort when lying down. Crosswise markings on the deckpad provide a visual reference.

  
  
• DropBox Fast Foil Mounting Track
  
  The DropBox Fast Foil Mounting Track on the North Seek 2025 is a unique, structurally integrated design with a longer box that allows for a wide range of adjustments and precise adjustments to the rider's weight. A built-in measuring guide next to the track helps with proper setup. The standard 90mm spacing between boxes makes the board compatible with most foil systems. Mounting screws and t-nuts are included with the board and pre-installed in the DropBox track.
  
  
• GORE 2-Way Waterproof Vent
  
  The EPS core in the high-buoyancy boards reacts to extreme temperature changes. To prevent air pressure buildup, the GORE Protective Ven is factory-installed on the top deck
