MDM- Medium Diameter Mast

Until now, the windsurfing market has focused on 2 mast diameters: SDM for maximum performance and RDM for maximum durability. MDM sits between these two worlds, taking the best of both worlds, maximizing the benefits of modern carbon materials, so you can get maximum performance with maximum durability.

Tow Preg

Tow-Preg mechanically lays a matrix of fibers around the mandrel, meaning that all the fibers are continuous along the length of the mast. Every fiber is identical and the wall thickness is constant. This makes the mast lighter and more responsive, with no weak points.

Variable Pitch

Speeding up or slowing down the rotation of the matrix allows you to change the angle of the fibers, without reducing their number. This allows us to precisely control the bending curve, softness and stiffness of the mast. The result is a super smooth bending curve that matches the sail design exactly. This process makes each mast a one-of-a-kind replica of the original design, ensuring that quality is always the standard.

Sand Stopper Mushroom

An oversized foam stopper, shaped like a mushroom, is placed on top of all mast lowers and extensions, cleaning sand from the upper section before the lower section is inserted and keeping sand out during sailing. The result is a sand-free, friction-free connection between your gear, as if by magic. Blocking due to sand is a thing of the past.

Integrated Stem 2.0

With variable pitch we can make the bend curve smoother and softer at the stem, compensating for the natural stiffness at the mast connection point.
