THUNDERING FREERACING DESIGN DEVELOPED BY FREERACERS FOR FREERACERS.

Description

Most brands it just reuses old models slalom and reduces the size of the reef cutouts and positions the straps more inwards and presents this as the latest freerace design. Our design was developed in conjunction with dedicated freeracers and several pro racers who were amazed by the performance in strong wind conditions compared to pure slalom boards. The slightly longer flat area under the straps is a key feature of this model and makes the board plan earlier, more stable
and safer in difficult conditions. The smaller cutouts make the board easier to control. Want to go super fast without killing yourself on a racing slalom board? - The PATRIK F-Race is the perfect board for you!

WHAT'S NEW FROM THE PREVIOUS MODEL:
- Modified, computer-optimized cutouts for reduced drag, better water flow, faster acceleration
and higher top speed.
- Optimized strength-to-weight ratio and new graphics by Fabio Canelli.

SHAPE:

Design & footpads:
Colorful but simple and clean. This design is a timeless classic.
The 4mm thick diamond groove pads have an additional 6mm thick layer of soft foam for a total of 10mm.
This provides a good feel of the board and enough shock absorption to protect the board and bones.

Scoop-Rocker:
A slightly longer flat surface between the straps makes the board more stable and does not react to foot pressure as quickly as in the
slalom, and is therefore more forgiving and maintains a constant speed.

Buoyancy:

Even foot placement ensures maximum efficiency and a balanced body position. The thickness of the front strap in relation to the nose has been reduced to make the board lighter while maintaining sufficient fluidity in difficult conditions.

Outline:
The profile is identical to that of the slalom boards but extended in the middle. A slightly more parallel profile provides slightly more stability.

Bottom Shape:
Double concave V with stabilizing side flat edges from the nose to the front strap absorbs shocks and provides a comfortable ride. The flat V-panel under the straps releases water when the board is pushed to the lee side, thus increasing acceleration and speed and making the board controllable during jib maneuvers.

Rails / Tuck:

The contoured rails around the straps are comfortable and strong, allowing the board to accelerate to maximum speed and allow you to fly over the chop. The sides in front of the straps towards the bow are very flat compared to their thickness and allow water to flow over them with the least possible friction.

Deck shape:
The flat deck along the entire length of the board is a stable platform in difficult conditions and jibing.

Fin box and inserts:
Short Tuttle box for 100, 110 and Deep Tuttle Foil box for 120, 130, 140, 150. Inner and outer strap positions at the front and back
with 4x holes for individual adjustment.

Construction:

For this board, instead of the Biax Carbon used in slalom boards, the committed Freeracer wanted a more impact-resistant material, and full Carbon/Kevlar is the right material for lightweight and extra strength. From the bottom, the decision was clear, and the more comfortable ride with Biax Glass is undoubtedly the right choice.
