Description

This 3-batten sail is the key to great fun on the water. Based on our high-performance wave sails, we have created a sail that is as light as a feather, generates controlled power with minimal backhand pressure and works with the right amount of turn and flexibility.

The days when beginners, women, children and teenagers had to struggle with heavy, flapping sails are over! The revolution is coming. Easy planing, lightest handling on water starts and gybes, enough power to use the smallest size possible,
and a wide wind range.

Combined with our ultralight Micro Mast and Micro Boom, this sail is the perfect set-up for a new generation of windsurfers!

Material:

The 3-Micro is a REAL wave sail created for advanced children and juniors. Our main goals when designing it were: LIGHTWEIGHT and DURABILITY. To combine these opposing requirements, we have developed an optimal mix of materials.

All coloured panels are made of 2 MIL x/scrim-ply – a material that is extremely light but at the same time very resistant to cuts and tears thanks to its high fibre density. For the transparent window we chose a solid, thick 5 MIL monofilm, which can be easily found in any sail shop if needed.

In addition, we have transferred all the details and reinforcements from our 4-Wave and 5-Wave sails, creating a full-fledged wave sail ideal for smaller and lighter riders.
