Designed in collaboration with 5-time world champion Philip Köster, PYRO lights your fire.

The PYRO is fast, strong and versatile; ride it like a Koster with the twin setting for a relaxed and fun ride. In competition, use the trhuster setting. It makes it quicker to plane and easier to tack. When the waves get going, set the quad fins for grip
and reliability.

The latest version of the PYRO uses clever paint and construction techniques to make it one of the lightest and most efficient boards available. Every element and detail has been designed with performance in mind. Everything is top quality. Philip does not accept mediocrity.

As Philip says, “I am thrilled that my Pyro performs well in all conditions – from the 50-knot Pozo, trying to conquer my highest jumps, to the demanding Ho'okip for some of the most incredible runs.”

The PYRO is now equipped with NYCA fins – an injection technology using a specialized blend of thermoplastic polymer
and carbon fibers. This blend not only provides abrasion resistance, but also the ideal stiffness for windsurfing performance.

The single concave edge transitions into the Vee tail, creating a fast, low-drag rocker in the midsection of the board. It starts up quickly and is super fast.

Once you put it on a rail, the 3D curves become completely different; The low rail transitions into a single concave late vee, creating a surf-inspired rocker capable of big turns and crazy hacks.

The Pyro is designed to be flown in a TWIN, THRUSTER and QUAD configuration. These are all options that Philip Köster uses depending on
wind/wave conditions.
Do I need to open the Goretex air valve before flying or when travelling?

No! Do not touch or remove the "Goretex" vent. The air vent automatically regulates the internal pressure of the board.
What is the difference between the Nano and the Pyro?

-The Nano is shorter, so it can fit into the tight pockets of any wave and cut hard.
