SEVERNE HARNESS ROPE
The demand for SEVERNE harness ropes has finally been satisfied. Rather than simply re-labeling any generic line of rope, we assessed what was needed to improve what was available on the market. Durability, safety and performance are the 3 factors we identified and addressed at every point;
DURABILITY
Stronger inner rope results in less rope wear. Custom extrusions with thicker wall (2mm) were developed using high density polyurethane. Strong nylon webbing replaces standard polypropylene for improved UV resistance and reduced wear.
SAFETY
The colored tubing hides any signs of wear on the line, so the first thing you'll notice is when the harness line breaks at sea. We keep it clean, so any signs of wear on the line are clearly visible.
PERFORMANCE
Minimal swing design keeps the harness line in the correct position.
