New, exciting boards 2024 Carves provide very fast and effortless planing, automatic turning and controlled riding
in all conditions. We have never felt so fulfilled in a board.

Each board is individually designed for its intended conditions and skill level. In the larger sizes, the long flat bottom part allows for very easy
and smooth gliding, which will allow you to easily insert your feet into the footstraps.

The medium sizes glide like small boards, but when changing position after a gybe and throwing the sail you get the impression that it is a bigger board, thanks to the combination of thinner rails at the stern
and thicker ones at the front.

The small sizes provide a truly sporty feel with a higher top speed of the board and the extra control you will need for confident windsurfing in strong winds.

EXTRA PERFORMANCE

The concave nose provides more lift, accelerating planing in light winds.

ADDITIONAL GRIP

The additional option to adjust the rear footstrap position gives more control
for those who sail in storms.

VERY FAST

Inspired by our iSonic slalom board line, the new dual tail cutouts
improve glide and acceleration.

SUPER EASY

Easy glide with no effort at all. Extending the flat tail rocker section forward on the Carves allows for
easier acceleration to a more natural planing threshold while maintaining planing through
wind holes and reducing the critical need to trim the board.

Water drop tail

The carefully designed shape of the bottom at the stern accelerates entry into planing while reducing
resistance at higher final speeds.

Drake Freeride Fin

Drake Freeride fin for excellent control. Combining smooth, natural turns with straight-line performance and confidence, each Carve fin is carefully crafted and optimized to
increase excitement and response.

SUPERIOR COMFORT
More comfortable against the skin, the Drake Slick footstrap is made from FSC-certified, sustainably sourced and plant-based Yulex foam. With 85% natural rubber, CO² emissions during the
production process are reduced by 80%. 15% synthetic neoprene has been retained to
improve UV resistance.

The 10mm thick pads underfoot feature a diamond-shaped groove pattern, providing essential
traction and comfort for long sessions while also resisting wear and tear.

feel of the original Starboard boards. It's time to bring it back while reducing our CO2 footprint.
Sandwich lamination of 0.6mm Australian pine over modern, recyclable 3mm PET foam provides
durability and comfort with a good strength-to-weight ratio. Today's wood is less visible in modern graphics;
protected from UV rays by fresh blue paint and decals that complement the natural grain for a really
nice effect. A classic reissue of the classic Starboard Original.
