KODE. DECODED.
The efficient, flat rocker transitioning into a very smooth profile under the stand-up section acts as an accelerator and allows you to ride in cruise control mode. The narrow sides provide grip. Without the "catching" effect. The double concave under the bow accelerates
planing, improving the smoothness of the ride in extreme conditions. The concave center section of the Vee supports the pronounced Vee tail, making the Kode even more agile in waves than a crossover board. The sensation of the Kode 2024. Different from any other Kode board ever developed. It combines more wave riding and planing capabilities than any of its predecessors.

Everything your way

Thruster for reactive turns and wave riding. Single fin for earlier planing and fun, fast freeriding. All Carbon Sandwich Kodes are supplied with both thruster and single fins. Wood Sandwich Kode 95 and 105 are supplied with a set of thruster fins.
The larger Kodes come with one fin.

Versatility. Built-in

All Kode 2024 models are equipped with a central Powerbox and lightweight Starbox side boxes,
except the 85-litre model with a US box due to the narrow stern. Faster assembly,
more accurate fin setup... Our Starbox is compatible with US box fins.

Have more fun, longer.

Drake Premium Footstraps made of certified natural Yulex foam, the smoothest material
providing comfort while swimming. Underfoot, 10mm pads with diamond
grooves provide a secure grip, maximizing comfort during longer sessions,
while resisting wear and tear.

Wave: Set palette and straps around white characters.
FreeWave: Set palette and straps around light blue characters.
Freeride: Set the palette and straps around the dark blue characters.

Wood Sandwich, classic construction

Wood Technology, developed by Jean Louis Colmas in 1984, became the Starboard trademark in 1995 and 7 years later made Starboard the world's number one windsurfing brand. Wood Technology remains a proven favourite for riders who prefer greater comfort and control, combined with a unique, distinct "wooden" feel. Full Wood Sandwich lamination of 0.6mm Australian Pine to PVC foam provides impact resistance and comfort with an optimal strength to weight ratio. Strength is further enhanced by a UV protective film, complementing the natural wood grain with a blue sheen.
