Reedin Feather boards were designed with one simple goal in mind: to make them as easy and enjoyable to ride as possible. We moved the foil boxes further forward to keep the rider balanced in the center of the board. This has two major benefits: the balance position before takeoff is identical to the riding position, eliminating the need to readjust as the board gains speed. It also makes the board have less inertia in turns, because the length of the board behind the back foot balances the weight in front of the front foot. What’s new this year is that the boards have become longer and narrower, which makes them easier to start and more forgiving, yet stable on the water. This shape makes the board easy to slide through the water, and the increased rocker makes it more forgiving on landings and easier to ride in waves.

  Our Feather range includes models from 20L to 138L and sizes in between. As the size changes, the disciplines the boards will be designed for also change. That's why each size of the Feather has a unique shape, carefully designed to provide the best possible performance.
• Earlier Starts
  By making the boards longer and narrower, the buoyancy of the water is reduced, meaning the board will pick up more speed when cruising through the water and accelerate faster when you start pumping.
• Quiver killers
  Our new shapes make the FEATHER boards slide better on the water, which significantly facilitates starts in light winds. This means you can choose a smaller size than usual, or stick with your regular size and significantly increase your riding capabilities in lighter winds.
• Balanced foil position
  We have changed the foil position, which gives you a more balanced stance on the board. Thanks to this, you will hardly feel the extra length, and the swing-weight is minimal.
